(Normal copyright laws apply to my artwork and personal work.)Commissioned work remains the copyright of Giles Rocholl, however I offer a 3 month exclusive use to clients who commission and pay for work. The client may use the images in perpetuity so long as they are not used for revenue in any other way or sold to third parties.After 3 months from the date of delivery the images can be used by Giles Rocholl Photography for other uses he sees fit.The exclusivity can be extended for a fee of £15 +VAT per month by written agreement (email)Please let me know if this causes any problems as these can be sorted through agreement.
